Christine Ledergerber Hinderling is an executive coach, business leader and consultant, with extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, mergers, acquisition and human resource management for global companies.

She is a Certified Human Resource Professional and has completed continuing education certificates in management and organizational development; intercultural competence for facilitators, team and leadership development; and coaching and facilitation skills. She is licensed in numerous diagnostic tools, such as CCL 360° Suite, FIRO-B, CPI, 16PF, MBTI Step I and II, Lominger Suite

Corporate Experience

She has worked in more than 20 countries for diverse industries such as banking and financial services, airline, IT, energy and manufacturing, education, government and health care. Christine has recently joined the Center for Creative Leadership/Brussels Campus as an Associate Faculty.

Expertise

As an executive coach, Christine has coached leaders in middle and senior management positions, utilizing in-depth assessment, feedback and facilitation to enhance the performance of middle and senior management and their teams.

As a business consultant she has been instrumental in the design and facilitation of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and downsizing and the management of cultural change. Since 2011, Christine has provided start-up and strategic leadership of an innovative solar technology company.
